300 blackout recommendations

My ar has a 16 inch 1 in 7 twist barrel,what supersonic round in grain weight would ya'll recommend to run through it?thanks

I use Remington 220 grain for subsonic rounds and GemTech 125 grain supersonic which use Nosler bullets. With their weight and volocity, they make the hardest hit down range and a very accurate. I'm getting better than 1.5 MOA of of a 9" barrel.
