URGENT: Click link below to send a message to your Senator to support Senator Amanda Chase’s SB 677, which allows a Circuit Court Clerk the OPTION of not charging $10 for a CHP. This would allow localities to provide free CHPs, if they so choose.

While this should be a “no brainer,” as it has no state cost and is only an option, we need to push on it and need to do it NOW, as the bill will be coming up on the Senate Floor at any time now.
