McConnell will bow to pressure and allow a vote on a third Obama nomination to the SCOTUS.

Obama is popping the champagne (paid for by you and me) and the libtard websites are partying like Muslims after 9/11.
It will take an enormous effort to ensure that no nominees are approved until the next president is sworn in. Effort by all of us to pressure the GOP squishes until their gelatinous bodies firm up into something resembling a backbone.
The future of our country is at stake. This is a crisis as grave as any we have seen since 1865.

Obama can't nominate himself, although I'm sure he'd try, so Hillary will have to do it. I see bad things on the horizon for this country.

If Obama gets another one the 2A ceases to exist and strict gun control will become the law of the land. No modern President has had 3 apointees.

I must admit that it worries me.
However, Mitch McConnell has already gone on record, in his expression of condolences to the Scalia family, that the next Supreme Court appointment should be made by the next president.
Look at the composition of the present Senate Judiciary Committee. Republican majority and they don't seem likely to approve a radical appointed by Obama.
Even if the Judiciary Committee should pass an Obama appointee out of Committee, McConnell would have to allow it to come to a vote of the full Senate. With a Republican Majority in the Senate, seems unlikely to me that the full Senate would allow a rushed vote for a radical Obama appointee.
The real concerns I have are that in November that the Republicans gain the White House, and maintain control of the Senate.
So the solution is for gun owners to support Republican and conservative candidates who promise to support and uphold the Second Amendment. Frankly, I'm saying that it should be a litmus test - it is for me.

Not only did we lose a great supporter of 2A but it seems his positive character had to influence those around him. So sad.

Quid pro quo?
If Obama keeps Grandma out of prison, she'll give him the nod for SCOTUS.

There has been as much as a 36 delay between a Justice dying and a new confirmation.

Zero has been asked if he would take an appointment to the court and said he didn't want it.
Basically he's said that he's tired of living in a bubble.

I doubt that Obama would wait for very long after going to the trouble of having Scalia killed.

When I first read this post I thought that comment is going a bit too far...but then...I read this. Still not conclusive but I don't know of many who sleep with their pillow over their head. This will top HRC email story.
