Well, kind of, anyway. Some dingbat in Arlington got "HRC 2016" tattooed on her wrist. Wonder how she'll feel about that , later in life?

Imagine someone saying something like that, then realize that they are allowed to vote, to operate motor vehicles, to have children and raise them.

She'll be wearing sleeves full time after November, just to cover that up.
