That's an AK pistol. More specifically, a Zastava M-92 AK pistol.

It is definitely fun to shoot. No special paperwork - it's just an oversized pistol with a large capacity (even the large capacity drums fit it). Shoots 7.62x39 and there is another model that shoots the .223 and 5.56NATO.
