I need someone to explain this to me.

Okay. So a liberal at work was kvetching about the Commonwealth making it mandatory that children get vaccinated.

Ranting about "...it's a religious right..." (she's an atheist by the way), and "...my body, my choice..." and "...the government shouldn't be telling people they have to get medical procedures they don't want..."

So I asked, "What about Obamacare? Lots of people didn't want that, it's put insurance WAY out of some folks reach, the people it benefits is so minuscule, that it's a bane to the general public."

"Oh! That's different, that's the government taking care of people who WANT medical procedures, but CAN'T afford them!"

Huh?!?! (shakes head) the Hypocrisy of a Liberal mind confuses the hell out of me. Someone explain it LOGICALLY so I can understand what this stupid wench is saying... thanks!

Well do you want to be told that you have to put a substance in your body or your children's body that contains fetal cells stolen from a murdered child. Most vaccines contain these.

Do you want to be directed to put chemical
Into your body or your child's body that have caused death and disability. Vaccines have killed children and adults. Should we be forced by the government to play Russian roulette with our lives and our children lives?

The vaccine schedule is not what it used to be. It used to be about 10 vaccines of 7 different viruses before age 6. Now it is about 70 vaccines before the child is 6. Did you know at the two
Month appt they will roll up with 6 needles and 9
Different viruses to put in a 15lb child?

Would it be ok to make a Muslim eat pork. How about a Jew eat bacon? Peanut butter is good for you too. Should we mandate those?

Think it is only about kids....think again. They are coming for you too with over 200 vaccines in development. So unless you want to roll up your sleeve to be Merks Guinea pig you had better watch out!

We need to retain control of our bodies. The religious exemption was the only refuge for parents with many concerns. We need retain the right of informed consent.

This bill also restricted medical exemption so much that almost no one would be able to get one including my sister who would die if ever vaccinated again.

Just so everyone knows IF you are ever injured by a vaccine the Doctor, the hospital, the pharmaceutical companies have 0 liability. You are on your own.

If the gov't can track you down, tag you, force you to revive chemicals in your body against you will that violate your faith......is there anything that they cannot do?

This is important.

It is a 13 year old's warped fantasy of adulthood. They want the freedom to do whatever they want, with no one telling them what to do or not to do; but they still want the security of not worrying about where the food on the table, roof over their heads, or money in their pocket is coming from. It is the desire for some kind of "parent" to take complete care of your needs, who don't tell you what to do or interfere at all.

I was saying in REVERSE Mama! Why would they push for OBAMACARE, but be okay with refusing vaccines!?

You went the other way. HAHAHAH

I'm for everyone doing what the hell they want... just as long as you don't make me buy it, pay for it, or participate unless I choose!

You have the right to free health care, and you may not waive that right. You are not a health care professional, so we will decide what you need for optimal health. In the event that you are a health care professional, we are professionaller than you, so we will still inform you of your needs.

Is a right still a right if that right is forced upon you against your will?

Rev, tell that dingbat that she got the unintended consequence of what she asked for, so deal with it. She wanted the Government to control health care? She got it, congrats, and now she can take her medicine.

As my mother likes to say, "Be careful what you wish for; you might get it!"

She is just delusional. Freedom is the issue here. That she loves obamacare just means she has not really thought it through yet.

And speaking of Obamacare, this Sunday (1/31/16) is the deadline to sign up for the Affordable (cough, cough) Care Act or face a penalty for not being able to afford health insurance.

As opposed to before Obamacare when you couldn't afford health insurance but at least you didn't have to pay a fine for not being able to afford it.

Got it?

There is something inherently wrong about being forced to buy a product or service.

I was just discussing this with a buddy of mine, earlier. He was telling me about a conversation he had with a European or Russian (don't recall which) friend of his about 10 years ago. His friend had to end the conversation because he had to attend the town vaccination. If he failed to show up, they were going to jail him, and force the shot on him, anyway.

My buddy recalled thinking how absurd that was, at the time, and then reflected on his recent financial penalty for failing to obtain health insurance.

If I may be so bold you might want to drop your delegate a line on this saying how glad you are that HB 1342 was dropped and that you hope that such a tyrannical and unvirginian law like that is never brought up again.

Couldn't hurt.
