New resident getting CHP

Recently moved to VA from NC. I've had a NC CHP for a decade or so. Was just going to keep it until it expires in a few years but then this whole reciprocity stuff hit the fan. So, guess I'm getting a VA CHP before Feb 1.

I've now got my VA license and was going to the the Virginia Concealed http://virginiaconcealed.com/ course I see advertised on Facebook all the time. But, just saw the post here about Concealed Carry Institute http://www.concealed-carry.net/index.php so I think I'll do that instead and save the $50!

Does anyone have experience with the Concealed Carry Institute courses?

My wife is doing a ladies only class over at the Colonial Shooting Academy in Richmond later this month so she'll have hers ready to go after that.

I just took the concealed-carry.net course. If you just want to get the certificate for your CHP then this is the place. Twenty bucks and I was in. You watch an hour video then take the easiest test of your life and you're done. The court clerk accepted it no problem!

My only wish before I die is that the state stops that online crap.
