Trip to Charlotte, NC

Monday Oct 5 we made a very impromptu trip to Charlotte to meet up with a couple friends we met while in Mesa, Az when my brother passed away in Jan. They called and said they were going to the Charlotte race coming Sat night and wanted to meet up for a bit.
We went out for a late lunch then off to Joe Gibbs Racing, Huntersville, NC. We walked the front door and Joe was at the counter personally autographing his book, "Game Plan for Life". He signed a copy to Carolyn and I and handed it to us. I shook his hand and thanked him. He thanked us for coming by.
Went into the store, bought a couple things and departed.
He has several cars in the showroom and several more in the garage in preparation for Saturday's race.
