UN Troops in USA

Know this, my fellow Americans, there is NO Constitutional authority for the president or his attorney general to enter into any agreement with any foreign entity, including the United Nations, to introduce a foreign military or law enforcement element into the United States to conduct so-called "peace keeping" missions or law enforcement. To do so is an act of Treason!

Article III, Section 3., of the US Constitution states, "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them [States], or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Article IV, Section 4., states, "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

Foreign entities are, by definition, not subject to the authority of our "Republican Form of Government" and to subject American citizens to alien authority would be an act of War by the president, his AG, and that alien force being introduced into US cities!

Further, if the president attempted to replace proper State authorities in US cities with any force comprised of formally organized alien police or military operatives, or if he attempted to organize and deploy non-citizen personnel either in the US illegally (who may be drug cartel gang members) or introduced as "refugees" (who might be invading ISIS terrorists), the president and his AG would be equally guilty of Treason!

In any case, the moment the president or his attorney general authorize such deployment of alien forces anywhere in the United States as "peace keepers" or as "law enforcement" under any conditions, the president, his attorney general, and any in the Executive Branch who are complicit in such actions must be apprehended, placed under arrest, and confined until such breach of the Constitution has been corrected and order restored.

At that time it will be, as the Constitution directs, that the House will be responsible for the impeachment of the US government officials involved, the Senate will be responsible to try the cases against them, and then, once removed from office by the Senate, they must be criminally tried for their corruption in office (Treason and offering Aid and Comfort to the enemies of the United States--think of Benedict Arnold!).

Be it known among all citizens, that the deployment of such alien forces under the authority of the United Nations and the nations from which these alien forces originate shall be an act of war upon the American people and, if the US military and police forces have been too weakened or compromised to sustain a proper defense of our "Republican Form of Government" as guaranteed and mandated in Article IV, Section 4., of the US Constitution, it shall be in all cases the responsibility of States to provide for their common defense with local law enforcement, State Militias, and citizens to secure our "Republican Form of Government" again and restore our Constitutionally limited government.

Once again. I am not calling for unconstitutional action; but rather, I am warning that this president, has already proved himself to be a supporter around the globe of enemies of the United States, by deceit, by his illegal acts allowing for an invasion of enemy elements to freely enter our nation, and by supporting by financing means enemy governments (e.g. Iran; Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR, etc.) to commit terrorist actions around the globe and at home--and who has committed war crimes against the Mexican people by his gun-running operation known as "Fast and Furious" that has resulted in the slaughter of thousands of Mexican citizens, and certainly cannot be trusted to act in accordance with the Constitution, or his oath to the Constitution, today nor at anytime in the future.

The fact that our Congress is as feckless to carry out their Constitutional duties to impeach and remove Barack Obama is no excuse for the rest of us--unless we continue to elect such cowards and traitors to Congress! Our Congress, by allowing Obama and his lawless operatives like AG Loretta Lynch (and the new majority in the US Supreme Court) to act with impunity toward the Constitution, is acting itself like the Mexican government when they refuse to hold the drug cartels accountable in Mexico.

So, the president, nor his attorney general, nor anyone in the Executive Branch of the United States government has any Constitutional authority to confer upon any elements of any other national government or people, nor the United Nations authority to act under color of law in any U.S. cities; and to do so is an act of war by non-U.S. personnel and Treason by U.S. citizens!

Time to get real if we intend to keep this Constitutional Republic God has given to us!

I read the article. I didn't see anything about UN occupying forces or any alien authority trying to force some form of policing. It reads to me that its a think-tank hosted by the UN to get and share ideas about improving responses to violence.
