Virginia Gun Owners Forum - VGOF

Hey All....Hello from the Gulags of NY state. I will be escaping soon to come to VA. Thought I'd see if there are any friendly folk here. I am so used to political abuse and being overtaxed, I was thinking ALL people are bad, but someone told me to check out the VA inhabitants. I may head out to hide away in the Hollins or Salem area outside of Roanoke. I hear it's kinda sweet there. Me and the lady would sure like to pop off a few rounds from a 15 rd mag once we get there and carry open of course, without being thrown in prison for exercising our Rights. See ya all soon.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am an FFL up here in the gulags, hope to be one down there in the free state of VA also. I am basically an online dealer, but may open up a brick and mortar if the conditions are right. Why did you people put a guy like McCauliffe in office?

Welcome. I'd like to think it's all the folks moving from MD and DC into Northern VA that voted him in. Although I live in NOVA, people like me seem to be in the minority when it comes to the 2A.

Thanks Lester....We are on "hold" for a while while we straighten out some family snags. May move in the Spring. Is your 22 a SB60? I am looking for a SB60 in good shape with a scope. Love the looks of that rifle and the 14 capacity. Had one a few years ago and sold it, wish I had kept it now. May just break down and get a new one.

Welcome to the forum! I'm sure you will find many people here are not fans of Terry McAweful. That election was won by Bloomberg outsending the other candidates and lack of turn out for the political Right.

Sounds like you have a good plan for the relocation. I would recommend starting with a 30 round pistol mag at first. You know, just to get the full affect.

Marshall, it is a 60SN. I do like the look of the SB60, but I can't find one in our area. I have not put a scope on it yet, but am looking to do so in the furture. I had one the old ones that held 18 shots and loved it.
