I worked in a Navy recruiting office for four years and these men are sitting targets to anyone on the street who wants to do them harm. Every recruiter and military person who works or lives in a public area needs to be able to arm themselves, more now than ever before with what the military is facing from ISIS declaring every military and their families as targets.

Simple: Change the law and make federal property follow the state law where they exist. Just like they did for National Parks.

Adjust military regulation to allow carry of sidearms in uniform.
