Meh. No big surprises in my neck of the woods.

Fairly close. But, the thing assumes that I am semi-retired, and responds accordingly. So, what it lacks in accuracy, it makes up for in predicting what we want our future to look like... kinda.

There are loads of demographic data on the internet. Realty companies, developers and telemarketers have used this information for years.

I know and hear what you are saying. Unless I am getting taken to a different website than you guys, its bugs me that they openly stereotyping for profit and people are finding entertainment in the fact that they are being judged by where they live rather than their individual character. If I said, oh, you're likely a teen black gang-banger because you have a South Central LA zip code, I'd be racist, but this is viewed as okay.

They aren't talking about "YOU", they are talking about "YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD". Like if you are about to inundate the area with flyers or robo-calls you'd have an idea of what would work.
