Think it can’t happen here?

Authorities in Kosovo just today have arrested 3 members of ISIS and have detained 2 others in a plot to introduce a poison chemical into a city’s water supply, it was a reservoir outside of the city of Pristina, they were spotted acting suspicious around the reservoir and after an inspection of their belongings the poison was found. The authorities there have stopped all water use there in order to check that the water is safe to drink.

Just think how easy it would be for terrorist agents from ISIS to come across our southern border and do this very same thing here in the US.

This goes hand in hand with the request by Obama to allow over 40,000 Syrian refugees to be allowed to enter the US, which the FBI director gave a statement to a senate subcommittee that the fact that ISIS has said, that they wish to infiltrate themselves within these refugees from Syria and gain access to all areas within America. On top of that the FBI director said that 90% of these refugees can’t be vetted to verify their background, which should give everyone here causes for major concern.

Hell, they don't need the southern border, they'll come though the freakin' airports! TSA won't stop 'em, that would be profiling!

If they can learn to fly an airliner, they can learn to fly a few small plans to do chem drops into the reservoir with a few small plans. They don't need to carry in small amounts by hand when they can fly in tons at a time.

I don't drink or eat anything made with tap water and haven't for a long time.

Poisoning the water supply is harder to do than at first thought. Since substances dissolve evenly through water it's hard, especially when you're talking about giant reservoirs, to keep the concentration high enough to be lethal. You would need truck-loads to have much of an effect for any length of time.

Even if you had substances that didn't dissolve and only used the water as a vehicle to transport a lethal substance you'd still need truck-loads to threaten any more than just a few people, relatively speaking (you're not gonna poison a whole city for example).

I'm not worried about a poisoned water supply.
