When I clicked on this link, I immediately got attacked by one of those

I applied for my ccw and got a letter back (after 50 days and me going there) saying that my request was denied because I got a other than honorable discharge from the military and also because I have pending dispositions. I did not get a dishonorable discharge and according to VA code that is what disqualifies you, not OTH. The problem I have is the pending dispositions. I have never been arrested or in trouble with the law. I had a child support case a couple years ago but that's it. I am looking for advice on how I should proceed as I know I have only 21 days to respond to them.
