Yeah, this has been all over conservative news sites, but nowhere to be seen in the MSM. Not sure how much of it is true, or what the real purpose is. Snopes.com says it's not what it is being portrayed to be. I don't know who runs Snopes.com.

Don't understand what the purpose would be other than to practice for martial law. An invasion by the Chi-coms? Doubt those people would be foolish enough to try that. Haven't seen any black-helicopters or blue hats.
