What's this helicopter doing?

Anyone know what this helicopter might be doing? Just made a couple passes just West of New Castle about 1/2 mile or so with this line down with something I cannot identify on the end.

It's a set of saw blades. Tree trimmer for roadside and/or power line cuts

Thanks. That was my guess too. Looks like either big circular blades or chain saw in round form.
Looks like it might be over Hwy 311 or possibly a new road or as you indicate, power lines.

That chopper pilot has cajones the size of fuzzy dice, to be able to to that.

Can you imagine what that would sound like coming through the woods? They should call it the squirrel chopper.

Ahaha I can just see the pilots telling stories over a drink of being able to shave the hairs off a squirrel's nuts!

I was thinking this too. I could hear when he hit larger pieces or they hit the ground. I was thinking what if that saw cable gets snagged on a tough branch? YIKES!!
