Powder drop recommendations

I'm using a Lee turret and auto drop powder measure for 223, wondering if another powder meaure maybe better for flake powder like Bullseye. Any thought on this?

Might want to try a RCBS uniflow measure. Mine worked great on about all types of powder. It's retired now that I bought a Lyman electronic dispenser.

+1 on uniflow.
Back when I did more single stage loading I used the RCBS uniflow and was happy with the results. I've also heard good things about Hornday's power measure too.
I've also gone to a dispenser/scale combo for the loads I'm seeking high accuracy/repeatability with... or when I'm loading a ladder of 0.5gr increments. I find it takes 4-6 charges to get my powder measure adjusted, or I can just punch it into the dispenser and I get perfect weights each time.

How does the dispenser do using 4064? A lot of drop like the uniflow have a great deal of trouble withe 4064 powder

I don't run 4064 in any of my loads, and a quick net search can't tell me if its a ball/flake/stick powder.
Most of my rifle loads are stick powders, which I find meter very nicely in the dispenser. I've done a few loads with non-stick powders and have not had any troubles with significant over/under dispensing.
I did tweak the dispense rates to speed up the powder flow somewhat. I now get a 40-50 grain load in 20-30 seconds.
That gives me enough time to grab a bullet, seat, move it back to the loading tray and pick up the next primed case. Usually I wait 2-3 seconds for the dispenser to finish, so it really doesn't cost much time to weigh out each load when I'm single loading.
Once I've settled on a charge weight, I'll set the dillon 550 up and load up a pile.
