I feel like I've just seen a unicorn. Congrats to Emily Miller on the approval of her DC concealed carry permit.

16 people can now carry legally in D.C. That's 16 MORE than they had a year ago...
If D.C. falls completely? New York State's "Sullivan Act" is gonna come under review.
That would ROCK!

^^^ and it should ripple across the country through NJ, NY, Co, Ca and any other states against our Constitution.
About Emily - it is just the fear that she is heard by so many if they DON'T give her the CWP.
