Will anyone even miss America after she's gone?

I saw this picture today and realized how far we've come in this country. What's shocking is how many people today consider this to be progress. I'd say more but I'm on enough lists as it is.

(shakes head) You know what's funny? People in large groups are dumb panicky dangerous animals... An Individual is smart. (yes, I quote MIB)
An individual will miss it, but the overall people won't.

It will take a true leader to bring us out of this. Unfortunately, true leaders typically emerge only during a national crisis when the media mud-raking is at a minimum (because that's when all the elites and liberal geeks start crapping their pants).
Too much self-loathing and apologizing going on by our current president - being American isn't cool and Obama wants to remind us all how horrible this country has been. The world was all too happy with that narrative until now.
Enter ISIS and now people are starting to wish America was still around - which is the only bright spot to this whole mess - the world gets a better appreciation of the USA.

In January 1989 nobody would dream to get free of communism.
In December 1989 it was accomplished.
Millions took the streets, thousands died. Freedom tree requires some blood from time to time.
So, don't tell me it can't be done. You need only to get sufficiently desperate to get your lazy ass of the couch.

The individuals. And it will be a minority of the population.

Dinesh D'Souza wrote a book, recently, that parallels this topic, somewhat. "America: Imagine A World Without Her".
I found it, in audio form, at a bookstore last week, and just started listening to it, tonight. I'm on the 3rd disk, but I expect that I will have finished it by the end of my shift. It's only 7.5 hours long. Thus far, it's an interesting listen.
I'd recommend reading it. (If I change my mind by the time the book concludes at the end of the 7th disk, I shall let y'all know, lol.)
