The entire anti-gun platform is based on hysteria, conjecture and outright lies.

Depending on who states these falsehoods, I wonder if they are intentionally stating lies, or speaking from a place of ignorance?
Folks like Bloomburg, Pelosi, etc., I have no doubt that they lie intentionally. These MDA broads, and those like them; I wonder if they aren't merely "useful idiots " that receive (mis)information packets from folks like Bloomburg, and simply believe the contents to be true. Many of these people are hurt by some tragedy or another, and are emotionally vulnerable, and thus, easily manipulated.
Not that I'm inclined to give them a pass. If they are speaking from ignorance, it's a willful ignorance. But, that may change the way one might go about communicating with such folk, if one were so inclined. (To me, though, the difference may be like the difference between banging my head on a brick wall or a cinder block wall. My patience is a bit thin, these days, lol)

If speaking with a neighbor or coworker then you might give a pass for being misled. Testifying, teaching, preaching, or mass communicating, it is lying.
