New Forum - Scopes and Optics

MarcSpaz started a thread under General Discussion that turned into a lot of good information about scopes - cheap scopes, expensive scopes, what makes a good scope, etc. Since the thread was so popular, the moderators suggested creating a new forum, so we did!
