Added "Back to Top" icon bottom right of forum pages

In my constant efforts to improve the navigability of the site (is that even a word??) - I have added a "Scroll to Top" javascript that is enabled when you begin to scroll down a page. Look in the bottom right of the site and you can click that icon to return to the top of the page.
Hope someone finds this to be helpful.
