The above are some of my handguns. The first one is my daughters old Glock Md.#22 in .40 cal. with Crimson trace laser sights.

The next one is my wife's Walther PPK/S .380 with Crimson Trace Laser Sight's.

The last one is my S & W Model 686 4"- .357 Magnum with Crimson Trace Laser Sight's.
Thank's Rick they all work like a charm

Nice collection, Bill. I bet if you take a picture of each gun, Rick just might use them on his website.

Ask me how I know

After you've run a few rounds through the S&W, if you would, could you post back and give your impressions? I might consider it for my daughter if you think it worthwhile.

Thanks.

Hey WRW,
I gave the wrong impression on the 686 .357 Magnum. I did not get that set of Crimson Trace Sights from Rick I have had them for about 8 or 9 years now. They were given to me by a friend of mine. As far as how they work let's just say that I wish that I had them for my 25 years in law enforcement. They are the greatest thing since chopped liver for around the house at night with a home defense weapon. During the daylight hours they show up just as good. For training someone about the proper trigger squeeze they can't be beat. The shooter can see their mistake on the target when the red dot moves from where they were aiming.

Maybe DK will chime in and give you his impression as he shot my Glock with them on it. If the weapon that your daughter is useing is for protection then I would get them you wont be sorry.
Bill

OK, SgtBill. My concern was with the jarring of that particular caliber in a revolver affecting the sight alignment. If you say it's good, I'll be wishing her a Merry Christmas a little early this year.

Thanks again.

The S&W 686 is an L-frame (Medium/Large) revolver, so the following Crimson Trace grip is the correct one for this firearm.

Crimson Trace LG-307 Rubber Overmold K and L Frame Smith and Wesson - Square Butt

Crimson Trace LG-306 Rubber Overmold K and L Frame Smith and Wesson - Round Butt

If you're looking for something else and you can't find it on the site, let me know and I'll see what I can do. Remember that there's a 10% VGOF discount available for all purchases at AIG Tactical.

Hey WRW,
I handload all of my .357 Magnums and they are at MAX load and I never have a problem with them. The sight is built right into the grip panel. If the grips don't move then the sight don't move. I have killed deer out to about 75 yards with the .357 with the Crimson Trace showing me the way.
Bill
P.S. they also fit my Model #29 - .44 Magnum and have worked very well with it for Deer Hunting also.

Been looking since my last post and it seems that Taurus medium frames are not available. I'll check with AIG, but it's not looking good at present.

I don't see any in the Crimson Trace lineup that will fit a medium frame Taurus. Sorry! Maybe you could sned an email to crimson trace to see if any of their K/L Frame S&W overmold grips will fit a Taurus 66?

Bill's Glock .40 does shoot nice with the crimson trace. However, if youre a crappy shot without it you will indeed be a crappy shot with it...The good thing is you can see the result of trigger pull versus squeeze on an empty chamber...

The bad is that at Bill's range you get smacked in the back of head for pulling when you should squeeze... :hysterical:

I have also shot Bill's Glock. The Crimson Trace makes for a flawless shoot. I admit I missed the targets a few times but it was shooter error not the gun or the Trace. I strongly recommend Crimson Trace to anyone that is thinking of a lazer. Most of the Crimson integrate with the weapon flawlessly and are low profile so you will not have holster issues.

Thanks for letting me shoot the Glock Bill.
