With the way Ralfie used to stare out into space and hallucinate you're probably right!

I want for nothing, I think. That said, if I'm still around then, I'll have a working heart again. Didn't even know i had one, but I must have one in there somewhere. :hysterical:

Dear Santa,

I want the ability to make my own choices regarding healthcare. I want to be able to choose the services I think I need in my healthcare policy without interference from some government functionary with a bad comb-over. I want to be able to obtain the weapons I want from anywhere in the world I want to get them. I want the ability to walk the streets with a long-gun over my shoulder and not be harassed by some cop with a Barney Fife complex. I want all cops with a Barney Fife complex to be issued one bullet, and be forced to keep it in their shirt pocket. I want men and women of honor and integrity to be in charge of a far smaller government that meets to discuss and carry out the peoples business no more than four times a year. The rest of the time they should be at their regular jobs contributing to the betterment of society like the rest of us who work for a living. I want the voting age raised to 21, as people who have not attained this age are, generally speaking, to stupid to make serious decisions about who runs this country. I want members of the military, past and present, treated with the respect they deserve and cared for in the best way we know how.

I could go on, Santa, but you get my drift. Thanks for listening.

I pray that you are still here with your new heart.
My wife will be starting a new round of chemo therapy in a couple of weeks and all I want for Christmas is for it to work.

I want to feel the true peace that only comes from Him whose birthday we celebrate at Christmas. And to hold my wife, children and grandchildren close. Then I want to be able to thank Him for being alive for one more Christmas.

She will be in my special prayer for cancer patients. I have been through Surgery, Chemo and Chemo-Radiation therapies, so she has my heartfelt empathy.

Having been thru surgery, chemo and chemo-radiation for cancer, I have a special prayer for all cancer patients and I know that prayer is heard. So, your wife and you are in that prayer.
I hope you both can feel encouraged and supported by the Good Lord.
