Virginia Gun Owners Forum - VGOF

Hi all! I'm Rick. I live in King George, Virginia. I'm happy to be a part of this forum and I hope that it will flourish and provide people with good information, thoughts and ideas relating to firearm ownership in Virginia.

Reviving this thread because Rick is awesome for making this board. Also I found it funny that the owner/operator of the board posted a greeting as the first member....

Now we need Speedy (HeroHog) to post and ask if he's joined the VCDL yet

lol I had to test it out in the beginning somehow. What better way than to start posting?

Rick. The forum is indeed flourishing and doing all those other things you wished for. I for one am glad you stepped out there and put this thing up.

Nope. Not at all. We all need to be constantly reminded about those guys. IMHO our gun rights would not be nearly as good without the VCDL stepping forward.

Btw, Speedy, you just welcomed Rick from a 5 March post...

At least he has consistency all throughout.....every time he posts that message he uses the same emotes and and it's all laid out the same...

Welcome aboard Rick. You're love this site. It is extremely well thought out and the conversations that go on are right on the mark. 'and wait till you meet the owner. A great guy with a head for gun rights and a heart for people although he can be a little goofy at times...like now for instance.

So this forum started in March and in 7 months is this active. Color me impressed. If I didn't know better, I would have thought this forum had been around for years.

About 1/3 of the total registered users (now over 650) have 5 or more posts. During the past 24 hours there were over 80 users active. Considering that, the current activity, and only 7 months in operation, if VGOF continues to grow in this manner we will soon be very very busy...

Btw, to VGOF Rick !!!!! We're glad you're here. Please feel free to jump in anywhere...
