You left out the Dept. of Ag, EPA (they use lead ammo btw), Postal Service, among others.

And excuse my potty mouth, but what in the Holy F'Word does the Federal Department of Education need with Remington 870 Police Tactical GRWC XS4 12 gauge shotguns with 14" barrels, Wilson Combat tactical ghost ring sights, adjustable stocks and speed loaders? They serving no-knock arrest warrants on 8 year old kids who didn't return their library book last year?
