great build… but how heavy is that 40 round mag? 2.5 lbs is pretty amazing!

yeah that is with 40 220gr 7.62x35 rounds.

220 grains = 0.0314285714 lbs
0.0314285714 lbs x40 =1.257142856 lbs and that is just the bullets
