Indeed it does pay to give things a second look.

Years ago my company was using a computer application. When the splash screen came up, it said "Technoogies for life"!? We're depending on this application!?

Technoogies? Lol. I've known a couple of techs that needed a noogie to knock them down a peg or two.

Technoogies are very common. That's what happens when you buy it based on what the salesman TOLD you it would do and then find out how little of that is true.

Which is worse the salesman or the sales engineer?

Kind of a Chicken or the Egg question if you ask me.
