Here we go folks! Get ready for a new round of accusations of racism!

But everything should be okay, because the fed is going to
take into account the results of the autopsy carried out by the state during their investigation into the shooting of Brown.
Seriously? We're supposed to believe that Holder isn't going to use this to manipulate the news reporting on this case? The sooner we get these "people" (and I use this term very loosely) out of DC, the better off we'll be.
I think it's safe to say the novelty of the first black president has worn off.

This is getting ridiculous. It seems like they are finding as many different ways as possible to subvert the rule of law and obfuscate the result of the investigation.

I think this. Some might have "friends" in the business where they need a particular outcome so they make such requests.
I also feel they hope someone made a mistake or will make a mistake that can swing the pendulum in their favor. It also buys time if that is advantageous to them. Don't see where that would help but who knows...
They want justice...can someone please define justice for me?

The actions of our federal government have way more obvious racial bias than the shooting of Mike Brown.
WTF do they think they are going to find? The kid was a fleeing felon after committing felony aggravated assault on a police officer. Now he's dead. You can autopsy the body 1000 times if you want. That type of thing can't confirmed medically.
They keep spinning this like the cop killed some little boy. Showing old photos; calling him a teenager, implying youth. The family and NAACP are saying the video of him robbing the store is a fake and "photo shopped". But he was an 18 your old MAN who was a criminal and suffered the consequences of the lifestyle he chose to live.
And last time I checked, attempting to arresting someone because you were assaulted for telling and adult not to walk in the middle of the street, and then having to defend your life, was not "racist".

Eigh
teen year olds are teenagers.
A minor quibble with your post, just wanted to mention he was actually a teen.

The parents did not deny that their son is in the video.
The police officer also did not know Brown was a robbery suspect at the time of the altercation.
All of the pictures I've seen of this guy have him with a bit of facial hair. I don't think the media in general is trying to make him look younger like when they were posting those Treyvon pictures.

You got it. That was the point I was trying to make.
ShotgunBlast wrote:The parents did not deny that their son is in the video.
When I was watching the news on Saturday, the Anchor said that the attorney for the family, acting as their spokes person, said that they felt as though the film was not legit, accusing the police of defaming their son using (and this word is a quote) "PhotoShop" to doctor up the video.
Obviously, this would not be the first time CNN reported something that was not true or inaccurate... just made my statement based on what they said on TV.

It doesn't matter if the cop knew he committed the robbery or not. The kid committed Aggravated Felony Assault on a Peace Officer when the cop tried to get him out of the middle of the street. Not including anything from the robbery, just the altercation that took place directly between the two is more than enough to justify lethal force under our current laws.

The first two days this was going on they were showing pictures of Mike Brown with a red hoodie sweater. They stopped using that one on TV on the second day because it was discovered that he was only 10 years old in that picture. Same thing with another picture where he was wearing a denim jacket and a dark baseball cap. They stopped using that one because he was not a teen in that photo either, though I didn't here anyone say how old he was in that picture.

The Brown family had an independent autopsy performed. FOX News reports this morning that Michael Brown was shot six times, and ALL SIX BULLETS ENTERED HIS BODY FROM THE FRONT!" He was never shot in the back, as has been widely reported.
So, Holder's new autopsy will the THIRD autopsy performed on this hoodlum. The fed is going to have to say at least one of the bullets entered his back, otherwise they lose face for being so utterly stupid (which they are anyway).

Video is of an eyewitness minutes after the shooting, says Brown was charging the officer when shot. The cop has been tried and convicted in the media already, but this is strong evidence that it was complete self defense.

Fine. Holder will be hoist on his own petard when this third autopsy confirms the first two. But the hood rats and racist hate groups will not care.
This incident illustrates the wisdom of Mark Twain: "A lie can get halfway around the world before the truth can put on its shoes."

Before the family lawyered up I think it was the father that said it "appeared" like his son was in the video. Naturally the lawyer is going to say anything to protect their client.

Now that more details of the altercation are coming out I agree with this. Last I read on the matter the details were still murky as to what happened.

Two days for a media conglomerate to change their image database for a person they've never heard of in a developing story really isn't that unreasonable. How many months we see this?

I've got an in-law who is a BIG liberal. Drinks ALL the liberal Kool-Aid down to the last drop. We have developed a habit over the years of just not talking politics.
Guess what? He admitted to me that he's afraid the Obama administration will set black politicians back 100 years; because, he whispered to me almost tearfully, the way they've handled everything they've touched unfortunately seems to confirm all those racist stereotypes about black people being incompetent and incapable. I told him I didn't think for a minute that the clusterf*ck Obama has presided over was because he and so many of his appointees were black; that it was obviously because they were LIBERALS.
We're back to not discussing politics again.
....................................
The thing about the Federal Justice Department jumping into the Brown shooting (and the Trayvon Martin shooting, and several more) is that murder is, except in very limited circumstances (like murder of a federal officer or on federal property, etc) , NOT a federal crime. It is an offense against the State it is committed in. So most of the time there is (or at least should be) no federal jurisdiction in cases of murder. The excuse for the feds jumping in, I guess, is that a member of a "protected class" (black people) has had their civil rights denied them under color of law. And as the case with most exceptions to rules, the government stretches the exception until it eats the rule.

Sometimes I think we really should just let them abort themselves. Put a Planned Parenthood in every "poor" neighborhood and let them take care of themselves. ..ever see the movie Idiocracy?
I know I'm horrible for thinking this.

Sigh.....even for a staunch pro-life person those thoughts are tempting. They are born out of sorrow and frustration at the situation at hand.
But then I remember that every person should have the option to choose their course. Every life is sacred. Michael Brown made his choice so did Ben Carson.

I'm still curious as to what they are looking for in the multiple autopsies. If they are just looking to see if he was shot in the back or from behind that should not take much to determine.
...but I am happy for the gun shops boom in gun sales in the area!

Little hole in the front and Big hole out the back
Seems quite simple if you ask me
Now if any of these holes are reversed then there might be a problem
Key Concept: Beveling. When a bullet penetrates the skull bone, it will leave a small hole on the side from which it enters, and a larger dished-out crater on the side that it exits.

Just watched a syndicated report on a local station. They reported that the private autopsy requested by the family showed that the perp had 6 wounds, but the reporter neglected to mention that they were all on the front of the corpse. The hard evidence is in direct conflict with "eyewitness" accounts.
