llegal immigrants plan to picket the White House Monday afternoon, calling on fellow immigrant-rights advocacy groups to refuse to meet with the Obama administration until President Obama specifically includes illegal immigrants in any future meetings.

“We are among the millions of people who will either benefit or be harmed by the decisions the President makes, and we are here to represent ourselves in any future negotiations,” said Rosi Carrasco, one of organizers, in a statement announcing the action.

There is nothing that gives them the right of representation to any meeting. Yes there may be advocacy groups that can represent them the they are here Illegally and therefore have no rights here.

Sounds like a good time for I.C.E. to do their job and round up all the Illegals and process them for deportation to me. Yes I know that will not happen, but one could hope can't they?

Last time I checked, citizens of other countries do get representation in our government. Try this stunt in any other free country and see how long it takes for people to stop laughing at you and start ignoring you.

The administration is paying illegal aliens $1000 each to house their own illegal alien children until their court dates which in many cases is in 2017-2018. That is $1000 for each illegal child PER MONTH

Regardless... in reference to non-citizen... legal or not, the Constitution may as well not exist, because none of it applies to people who are not citizens.

What does illegal search and seizure have to do with illegal immigrants picketing the White House?

This picketing is all a charade, anyway. We all know that they are a voting block that Obama would have given citizenship to years ago, had he been able to. This just provides an excuse to do so. "We had to give them citizenship to avoid a riot" or some other such nonsense.

I believe he is referring to the part of the Bill of Rights that prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause...They can ask about citizenship but nobody is required to answer.

Okay but now I have to ask if they are holding up a sign saying that they are Illegal and Proud, and yes this has happend before in other protest, and they are waving anyother countries flag but the U.S.A. flag then there is a good chance that they are Illegal. If it quacks like a duck and looks like a duck then I would have to say it is a DUCK
