Sadly few see the problems of this illegal immigration, deferred action, executive amnesty and all that stuff.

Our country will cease to exist. most people want to throw the race card on the issue, but our country has not gotten better over the last several decades are our country has supposed to be "more open minded" than it was.

Even as President Obama grapples with the crisis of immigrant children arriving at the Southwest border, White House officials are laying the groundwork for a large-scale expansion of immigrant rights that would come by executive action within weeks.

Officials signaled strongly Friday that Obama's move would shield from deportation large numbers of immigrants living in the country illegally, as advocacy groups have demanded.

Roughly 5 million of the estimated 11 million people who entered the country without legal authorization or overstayed their visas could be protected under a leading option the White House is considering, according to officials who discussed the proposals on condition of anonymity.

"Executive action", not "unconstitutional orders."

How in the hell does he get away with executive actions?

Because so far, Americans have been too polite, or to afraid, to physically challenge his actions. Until people actually stop his bureaucrats and DHS thugs in the streets, he will continue.

BTW, AH did exactly the same immediately after taking power in 1933.

Obama is half black. The democratic party panders to the black and latino vote. THey figure they need just enough self-hating white people to win.

That is why. Republicans are also afraid to be called racist. IF the choices are support Obama or be a racist then I would rather be called a racist. Although I fail to see how people disagreeing with policy makes one a racist.

There is also the pragmatic consideration that impeachment is not an option because even if the House does impeach him, the democratic robots that control the Senate will never convict him, Indeed, if the recent past is any guide, Harry Reid will not even allow any Bill of Impeachment the House might pass and send over to come up for a vote in the Senate. I think the way I might approach it is to consider what action would/should be taken if the relevant cabinet Secretary had of his/her own initiative ignored and /or broken the law in the same manner that Obama has by various executive actions. That same action should be taken against the POTUS. But then you fetch up against the ugly fact that, at least at the policy level, Rich Holder's Justice Department is totally unprincipled, corrupt and ideologically driven. That leads to impeachment action against Holder; and with the same result. Sad truth is that the federal government is corrupt and dysfunctional from the top down. Looks to me like our only hope (and a faint one at that) is for the democrats to lose control of the Senate in 2014.

I think they really need to approach the suing Obama as doing it for bribery since the whole game is about getting the latino vote.

Mark my words. You heard it hear first. Obama will either do another broad amnesty right before the election to try to save the dems in the senate. I do think GA, KY, AR, AL and most red states will b HIGHLY implicated by this.

The other thing he might try is waiting until about 4 months before the 2016 election and doing it then to keep the presidency democrat and help in the senate then since it would be a bigger ace to play to "out latino" the republicans.
