Can a FFL sell from his home in Fairfax county?

if you can have a home based business like that where you are however, some residential areas of fairfax you cannot have customers coming to the home. you would need to know this prior to applying (for your FFL).

The other thing is you probably need a business license. Also the BATFE will be allowed essentially unfettered access to your home for inspections.

You need to rezone from residential to buisnees, get a buisness license and the ATF is supposed to have access to the "store area only" and show up during posted buisness hours but when did the ATF start playing by the rules ?

Jack booted thugs have always made their own rules throughout history. Having said that I'm not sure why we dont change the rules too - just for ourselves. There's an angle to this fight that we dont speak much about. I'll post my thoughts in the general discussion area.
