Out here in Memphis, the temp is mid sixties. The skies do seem a bit cloudy. Missed the fireworks. Heard fireworks; or, this being Memphis, might have been gunshots. ..

There is a house for sale, up the street from where I am parked. Bars on the windows and tagged heavily with graffiti.

Suddenly, I miss my guns.
