This "investigation" of the Puckett resignation is actually a well-crafted attempt to eliminate or otherwise ruin Terry Kilgore (R, Gate City), who has been very effective at getting rid of democrat legislators in the southwest part of VA. If TMac, Donald McEachin (who lost the Attorney General's race to Terry's brother Jerry in 2001) and Eric Holder can carry it off, it will set the republicans back quite a ways.

I know some local muckrakers here who would be interested to learn more about that, you have any more info?

Hopefully Morrisey will be adding to his list of convictions. This isn't the first inappropriate relationship he has been in and unfortunately it probably won't be the last.

If he gets some older images of her nude when she was under 18, can those send him to jail? Just curious, I don't know the law.
