The EPA is having trouble keeping its employees from pooping in the hallways! HAHAHA! The EPA, the bastion of environmental cleanliness, cannot keep basic simple sanitation.

Sounds like they need to regulate "tail-pipe" emissions too!

That's what happens when hippies group together, I guess. The fact that this is going on at the Denver branch isn't particularly shocking to me.
Lol... makes it even harder to take the EPA seriously, don't it?

And here I am thinking that only happens in DC. Go figure.

I hear tell that this sort of thing isn't exactly abnormal in some of the urban locales in California, either.

Huh.
To figure out a way to address this childish behavior, the EPA decided to consult a "national expert" in "workplace violence." The expert, John Nicoletti, apparently warned the EPA that this behavior was likely to "escalate" into something worse.
No pun intended, but I sht you not at my old college campus someone was doing something very similar to this (smearing feces on bathroom walls+stalls). The offender also happened to be a student who snapped and stabbed his professor for no reason in the middle of class. IIRC he was a paranoid schizophrenic, and like this EPA employee likely an affirmative action "diverse American".

Always figured the EPA was full of it, now I know that indeed it is.
