Libertarian Running in Sixth District

Post by Kreutz »

Something for those of us in the sixth.

There is no Dem running, and the incumbent Goodlatte (R) is reviled by the various Tea Party groups around here (one put up wanted posters with his face on it for the crime of impersonating a conservative) so this race could get really interesting given what happened in the seventh with Cantor.

Libertarians have a full slate of candidates this year in Virginia with an option in every Congressional district. Along with the numerous state assembly options last year, this is quite a force that's growing in the state.

My disgust with Goodlatte seriously has me considering volunteering for this guys campaign in some capacity, which would be a first for me.

As long as the dem does not win I am fine with their game. Libertarians have some good points, but when a race is like it was for governor you might as well vote for the dem is you vote third party. That is what happened.

Conservatives think. That is why we have in fighting. Dems stick together. Even the so called southern conservative democrats like Mark Pryor stepped and fetched for Obama.
