Hey all,

Well now that we are into the month of May I thought that we might want to try and get this years Meet-N-Greet/Shoot organized. I will be looking for folks to lend a hand for this with some Ideals to make the weekend fun for everyone. I was hoping to have some activities for both the little and big kids (Adults) during the day and evening, so if you all have any suggestions that would be great.

We also need to think about Saturday night Pot-Luck dinner and Bonfire so any suggestions there would be helpful Does anyone have a big 55 Gallon BB-Q pit or something similar that they might want to bring for the grilling Saturday night.

I Just talked with Heather at the cove and she said that the weekend of the 27-29 of June is open and that we could be in Camp 6 which is in the back of the campground area. There is no water or electricity out there and it is a big open grassy field for the tents or campers. they do have a large bonfire pit there as well. She also said that the ATV Trails will be open and will cost $25 per rider and each rider must have a helmet and safety gear as the trails are very rocky. So this brings up another point does anyone have a portable Generator that we might be able to power some lights and music with?

If you all can think of something that I missed let me know. I will be talking to Heather's older brothers who are in charge of the groups later tonight to try an lock down the details a bit more and then when folks call in to make their reservations they know what to say and the location.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone some again and others for the the first time

Vern

Okay I need to know if the weekend of the 22 or the 28th of June as i can book either. The weekend of the 22nd the Jeepsters will be there and there will be a lot of 4x4's running around and I am not sure what campsite they are in. So with that I need to know what the preference is by NLT Saturday morning.

I am for the weekend of the 22nd

Like I mentioned before... I don't want everyone to adjust for me... but my son and I can go on Saturday the 21st, stay overnight and hang out for a good part of the day on Sunday the 22nd. Or, I can stay overnight on the 22nd and head home on Monday the 23rd. I will be in Florida on a family vacation starting the 26th.

I don't think I can make the 21st. I could come the 22nd or the following weekend.

All

Do to some family issues I will not be able to make the Shoot and Greet in June. I am sorry about this and I really looked forward to it, but my wife will be undergoing surgery on the 16th and recovery will be long and drawn out. Please keep us in your prayers and I will check in when I can.

Vern, that is terrible. I hope all goes well. She will be in our prayers. We'll be sure to roast a few hotdogs in your honor, buddy.

Do we have a rough headcount yet?
