Hey all,
Well now that we are into the month of May I thought that we might want to try and get this years Meet-N-Greet/Shoot organized. I will be looking for folks to lend a hand for this with some Ideals to make the weekend fun for everyone. I was hoping to have some activities for both the little and big kids (Adults) during the day and evening, so if you all have any suggestions that would be great.
We also need to think about Saturday night Pot-Luck dinner and Bonfire so any suggestions there would be helpful Does anyone have a big 55 Gallon BB-Q pit or something similar that they might want to bring for the grilling Saturday night.
I Just talked with Heather at the cove and she said that the weekend of the 27-29 of June is open and that we could be in Camp 6 which is in the back of the campground area. There is no water or electricity out there and it is a big open grassy field for the tents or campers. they do have a large bonfire pit there as well. She also said that the ATV Trails will be open and will cost $25 per rider and each rider must have a helmet and safety gear as the trails are very rocky. So this brings up another point does anyone have a portable Generator that we might be able to power some lights and music with?
If you all can think of something that I missed let me know. I will be talking to Heather's older brothers who are in charge of the groups later tonight to try an lock down the details a bit more and then when folks call in to make their reservations they know what to say and the location.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone some again and others for the the first time
