wabbly front sight on M48

I just bought a beautiful M48 Mauser and upon getting home with it i find the front sight wabbles left and right. Whats the fix ?
Duct tape.
J/K... is it the whole front sight or just the blade? I have heard some guys weld/solder the sight into place.
