What and ass! I hope that guy stands little chance of getting elected. Even if I was part of his party, didn't like the guns or the NRA, how could any open minded, self-respecting person get behind someone who speaks so poorly about people. If he says things like this for the world to see, what horrible things go on behind closed doors?

When I had one tell me that I wasn't "smart enough" to make my own decisions, and that I should trust the guv'mint to know what's best for me, I was 16 years old at the time?
THAT is what made me a "conservative".
From that point forward, I have HATED the Progressive/Communist trash that has infested this Commonwealth like bedbugs in a cheap motel.

Certainly don't have any love of Cantor. But this guy is unacceptable. Treating people like trash is immoral and speaks to a man's character. He should not be elected dog catcher as even that requires a modicum of integrity.

The guy looks like a gold-plated Obamunist to me, After all, he's got the modus operandi down pat:
1. Demonize and marginalize anyone with views opposing yours,
2. Dismiss political & ideological opponents' views as undeserving even of being expressed; much less considered,
3. Ignore moral standards of the community and society in general,
4. Claim non-existent business expertise,
5. Grub up enough money to operate as an affluent person without regard for where it came from,
6. Tell any kind of lie that seems expedient at the time to get what you want.
Heck; don't be too dismissive of his chances. What worked for Obama and TMac might work for this sleaze-ball too.

When pressed on his feelings about the Tea Party, the Democrat said he “loves” the First Amendment but he thinks the Tea Party also misrepresents their positions.
Then Van Susteren dropped the hammer by exposing a lie Dickinson once told about being CEO of a company.
“That’s really bad to portray yourself not as who you are, right?” Van Susteren began, knowing exactly where she was going. She then read a letter Dickinson sent to a Virginia newspaper in which he falsely claimed to be the CEO of Mid-Atlantic Show Clubs, a cluster of strip clubs.
“I consulted for them, I did,” Dickinson said in his defense.
“It says CEO of Mid-Atlantic. Were you the CEO?” Van Susteren pressed.
“You got me there,” Dickinson admitted, looking embarrassed.
“It was a lie — a little bit of a lie, right?” the host said.

Nah, I ain't fixxin to dismiss Dickinson. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if he got somesort of appointment.
But, at the same time, I have every intention of taking my laughter at his expense, when the opportunity presents itself.
