Looking for Shotgun Fitting and Recoil Pad Installation

Post by jawesome »

Anyone know of a shop or gunsmith in the central VA region that could help with that? I am located in Charlottesville, VA.

I've got a shotgun with an adjustable comb, and I'd like to get a recoil pad installed as well as adjustments made to the comb to fit and shoot properly.

Thanks!

One of the best, elite shotgun fitters and stock makers in a long way is Danny Patton in Louisa, VA, just a few miles from Zion Crossroads. I lost his phone number but will ask a fellow club member, who originally provided it to me, for it again. He did some work on my wife's Browning and it was excellent. We also got a tour of his shop, which is like a museum.
