Virginia Gun Owners Forum - VGOF

Hi all,

New member to the forum here. After doing some mainly long gun shooting as a kid, I got back into shooting again about a year ago......me along with what seems like everyone else. When the wife said "The way the world is today we need a gun in the house and we both need to get a CWP" I jumped at it!

What started as Home Defense and Concealed carry, has turned into a little bit of an obsession. I try to get to the Range twice a month or so, and can't seem to stop buying new guns.

I have started looking into taking some good training classes, any suggestions in the RVA area?

Thanks Shotgun. One of the reasons I joined here is I saw some comments by ProShooter show up in a google search. I would love to take one of his classes sometime.

On another note, I meant to post in my original that I am a member out at Black Creek, and if anyone in the area want to get together and go shooting sometime, let me know. Always something to learn when shooting with others, and it's more fun than going alone!
