S&W should reduce their revolver catalog

One thing that really frustrates me about S&W is their catalog of revolver models. They have somewhere around 9 thousand models (slight exaggeration) but only actually make about a half dozen of them. I have done the research several times and settled on a particular model and barrel length only to never be able to get one. I realize they have to make what sells and demand is at historic levels. But they should just drop those models and barrel lengths that are never available. End of rant.

At least they still make the 686, damn I regret selling mine decades ago... The stupid stuff we do as were young...
But yeah, as was said... justifiable rant.

Variety is the spice of life. Currently I only own one S&W revolver, but I have about 4 more on my short list. You can never have too many choices.
