SB520 essentially bans private sales, HB809 bans/regulates "high caps" and limits to 3 for grandfathering. Some real winners here.

Plan on bitching to the powers to be about some of these, but there are several good one too.

HB to remove the need for license for concealed handguns.
HB to issue life time resident permits.
HB to allow CHP holders to carry in airport terminal.
