Hello all, names ross (exilednerd) and I'm glad I finally found a forum where I can ask questions. more importantly, your centered on the idea of VA gun owners. sweet!
I'll warn everyone first thing, I moved from upstate NY, so owning guns without jumping through flaming rings while juggling chainsaws and praying for divine intervention.... well I'm still getting used to it, and will obviously have a lot of questions that might seem silly or simple. I'll just really need them confirmed for piece of mind.
Anyhoo, glad to be here. Will meet everyone as I go.

I live in Hampton but work in Norfolk, in the Airport Industrial area. Nice to have you here. Not a lot on here that I know of from the Hampton Roads area. Take care and stay in touch.

LOL im from the rome/Utica area. trying to tell people its 20 degrees colder than NYC is tough. sorry you had to visit.

Went to college in Buffalo, spent many autumns in Pulaski, married to a Saratoga Springs girl. I love upstate, the people, fishing and hunting are great! The politics sucks it!

I'm from Long Island originally so yeah it was a bit of a culture and climate shock.
Utica was ghetto as fck (it's where I became a gun owner); reminded me of a city that had been bombed and haphazardly rebuilt.
Rome was much nicer at least. I also liked fishing somewhere around Clayville.
