New Shop in Herndon?

there is a rumor around, talking about there will be a new gun shop in herndon, is it true? If so, where will it be, and when will it be open? Any answer is appraciated.

there's a strip mall shopping center (pretty small) that used to have a superfresh grocery store in it like 10 years ago. there's a pawn shop in there now, they might've gotten themselves an FFL. the shopping center is on elden street (the main drag there) on the reston side of town. i havn't heard about any gun shop opening.
