Virginia Gun Owners Forum - VGOF

I hope that everyone has a safe night tonight - there will be a lot of crazies out on the roads!

As we turn the corner into the new year, I'm forced to look forward to paying the web hosting bill to keep the server running. VGOF could really use a hand with this, and would appreciate any donation that you feel comfortable sending our way.

I try not to solicit donations very often, as I want the site to be enjoyable, and not about begging for cash to cover expenses. However, there are expenses associated with the website, and I need some help covering them.

VGOF isn't the only website that's running on this server. I have over 20 sites that I operate here, but VGOF is by far the strongest and most community-oriented site that I own.

I appreciate all of our members' insights throughout the year, and although we don't always agree, we do keep things calm and considerate. I appreciate each and every one of the members here, whether you make a donation or not. Browsing the site, reading what others have to say and providing your own thoughtful input is as much a donation as anything. Thank you to everyone who helps make this website what it is. I'm hoping that we will continue to grow in the new year and that our contributions to responsible and safe gun ownership will increase as well. If you have any ideas that will help VGOF reach a more central stage in the battle for Second Amendment rights in Virginia and beyond, I'm all ears!

Amen. I'll be bringing the year in behind the wheel of a truck, heading to Texas.

All you folks be safe; stay home if you can, or sleep where you party. These roads are dangerous. I was already rear ended by one drunken partier this holiday season; I think that's more than enough accidents for the VGOF community.

And, many thanks to you, Rick, for providing us with this venue for discussion and education. I never knew just how ignorant of gun law I was until I found this site.

Yes - the links at the top of the site, though they don't get enough traffic to really do a whole lot of good..however, every little bit counts, for sure!

Happy New Year to one and all! I'll be upping my membership soon and will be sending an additional amount to help support VGOF.

Just wanted to wish all a happy and prosperous New Year.

I'll be making my usual contribution sometime pretty soon.
