And because of that, we will never know the extent of the election fraud that put them there.

One can only hope that there will be a backlash against the corruption of the Demorat team that brings out the conservatives to vote next time, as they should have this time. It's just a shame that so many Virginians allowed this to happen rather than heed the warnings and prevent it.

I don't know....I think conservatives came out, but carpet baggers came out too in N. VA. I will watch the next few election cycles. I hope it is not too late for VA.

I know a number of establishment Republicans who did not vote for KC because they thought he was "extreme". Apparently they forgot to look at how extreme his con-man opponent is.

To tell the truth, I am scared. I have started shopping for property in another state to move my toys to, should the need arise. It sucks, I hate spending right now, but CYA.

Luckily, we have a pretty weak governorship in VA and we still control the HOD. If we can win the 33rd Senate Special election in a few weeks (Herring's seat) then we will also control the State Senate.

The next 4 years aren't going to be good, but it's far from a certainty that they will be really bad.

We need to stay vigilant and stay engaged.

What are the five positions? I only count 3; gov, lt gov and AG.

John Whitbeck is the GOP State Senate candidate in the 33rd. He was nominated this past Monday.

I've been working with him for about 3 years now, he's a solid conservative and pro- 2A guy too.

The Governor has to set a date for the Special Election. He hasn't yet, but it will most likely be sometime in January.

This is what's keeping me remotely optimistic, at least regarding gun control.
