I don't see that publication.
Do you have a source that doesn't trace back to Alex Jones? Your PDF is hosted on infowars, and I don't se any references to Greg Ridgeway on the NRA-ILA site.
While I put nothing past Obama, even Reagan would verify with those he trusted, and more so those he suspected.

Sorry, no credit with this thing. First of all it's ALLEGEDLY just a study from an idiot, not a plan for anything. MORE IMPORTANTLY the date on this thing is January 4, 2013 which is an issue because according to the properties of the PDF it was created on February 12, 2013 with no modification date. Which means it was made and not changed over a month after it was supposedly written? Also as it's been said it's being hosted on infowars.... no bias there! I don't doubt for a second Obama would love to take everything, but this document has no credit at all.

Forget about that document or arguing its validity. You can't dispute what a person says with their own mouth.
The Obama camp put forward HR45 "National Gun Registry and Citizen Disarmament Act".
Some of his henchmen (henchwomen), Sen. Loretta Weinberg, Sen. Sandy Cunningham and Sen. Linda Greenstein were recorded at a closed hearing saying “We needed a bill that was going to confiscate, confiscate, confiscate".
I am getting nervous because the renewal of the "Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994" (AKA Assault Weapons Ban) was voted down by a very small margin just a few months ago.
Every year people like Dianne Feinstein, Rep. Carolyn McCarthy and Rep. Mark Kirk are trying to pass new bans and revive old ones. Dianne Feinstein said gun bans are effective because they dry up supply and drives up prices.
There should be no confusion over what the left wants!
