Okay, so the guy was right, but damn, he is a piss poor communicator.
If you doubt it, ask yourself this:
What police officer (who, by the way, gets productivity points for arrests and tickets most likely), would stand there and argue after giving "a lawful order". From the video:
Heres the core of the problem: Officers can lie any time to get what they want.
How the hell do we let the "Good Guys" lie their asses off, not hold their people accountable for irresponsible killing of children playing with toy guns in CA, and fathers in fairfax, who broke up with their partner after 20 years, all the while hearing them sing their own praises for putting their lives on the line, but they dont enter any crime scene until enough have gathered, even when they hear the gunshots and victims dying? Disgusting.
Good guys dont harrass the people exercising their constitutionally protected rights (and make no mistake, that overpass is public property and specifically the constitution protects political speech on public property in its first and primary intent). Good guys dont lie. Good guys throw themselves into action as soon as they get the chance because it saves the most life possible. Good guys don't wait for backup. Good guys stand up for people's rights. And here, the good guys appear to be absent.
I bet that Officer is not an Oathkeeper. In fact, he broke his oath right there.
