I guess when they go totally unisex with kilts and unisex underwear, Barry will be able to say the Marines put their panties on the same way he does. Won't be true, though. The Jarheads will be pulling theirs up over some b@lls.

Thanks to a plan by President Obama to create a “unisex” look for the Corps, officials are on the verge of swapping out the Marines’ iconic caps with a new hat that some have derided as so “girly” that they would make the French blush.

Should do wonders for recruitment.

I'm glad all of the big problems have been taken care of so that we can focus on these little nagging issues.

The hats look...pretty much the same.

Also, not sure about the marines but when the Army switched form field cap to beret (nothing like no sun protection and black wool on your head in a Texas motor pool) and that asinine decision was the call of the Secretary of the Army; the POTUS had nothing to do with it.

Their new battle cry is "let's get em girls!". XD

Personally, given the choice between the two styles, one is as good as the other. But, I am not the one that has to wear them.

I suspect that the idea is to lower moral, in an attempt to weaken our defenses.

I have been concerned about the state of our military since the neighbor girl got waxed, manicured, and pedicured to " look pretty for boot camp", then later described boot camp as "like cheerleading camp, but with guns." That was over ten years ago, and I am still concerned.

The new covers look like a fast-food franchise uniform. The fact that Zero is willing to spend $8 million for this frivolity just after he shut down the National Mall tells us everything about him.

I've said it before. I'll bet that person (I don't consider him a man) goes into his room every night and laughs himself silly thinking about the bricks he tore our of the American foundations of honor, respect, family, responsibility, etc., etc.

That's his intent and he is doing his job well.

Oh, it gets worse. I noticed when Fox news used this pic that the fourth "person" in this picture is somewhat androgynous if not distinctly feminine. Copy the pic off this page and paste it onto a word doc. You'll see full, rather feminine-looking lips that may have lipstick, cheeks that look rouged, and eyes that look like they may have eyeliner on them. So I’m left wondering if the picture has been altered by either the folks pushing the “degenderization” of the jarheads or maybe of the conservatives trying to discredit it. I've added the cropped-out Marine with the girly hat. Check it out.

A very very small percentage of Marines are women. Let them have the girly hat.

There already is a dress uniform cover for women. But the point is that Zero claims that he wants to eliminate all differences between men and women, while what he really wants to do is destroy morale throughout the Corps. It's a whole new spin on the term "head games".
